What we collect

Enquiry details. When you submit the callback form, we receive the name, phone number, optional email address, stage and message you type. We use them to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose. They are stored securely and are accessible only to the MYCrave team.

Tool inputs. The fee calculator, patentability screener and document checklist run entirely in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not sent to us and are not stored anywhere.

Analytics. If analytics is enabled on this site, we measure page views and clicks in aggregate to understand what is useful. We honour your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and enquiry contents are never sent to analytics. If analytics is not enabled, nothing is measured at all.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details, we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not connect your browsing on this site to your identity.

Sharing

Your enquiry is shared within MYCrave Consultancy & Services so the right specialist can call you back. It is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to info@mycrave.co.in.
